I clean and maintain aquariums and we keep quite a few Naso Tangs. I love these fish! I have never had one become even remotely aggressive and they tend to be the star of the tank. As far as Streamers are concerned, the only ones I have with streamers were bought with them. Our largest male with streamers lives in a 10 foot 500 gallon tank at a clinic. He is currently 12 inches long and almost 3 wide at his fattest part. I have had issues getting these fish to eat. They tend to be more subdued and are not as aggressive feeders when first arriving in quarantine. The one large male I'm referring to above only are red colored flake for the first month or 2 before he put the feed bag on. I find quarentining alone or with one other small docile fish helps give them the courage to eat.
