they grow really fast and get huge so make sure you have the proper size tank for them.
If you decide on one, make sure you get one that has good coloration, behaving normally, eating well and looks fat (not a sunken or pinched belly).
Location of where they are collected would help its success since there seem to be a lot of talk about how some could still be collected using cyanide.

Pretty fish. They get big. I've personally never owned one but would like to. No rush so do some more reading and see if it is a fit for your system. If not there are plenty of other tangs to choose from with just has bubbling personalities (although maybe not the lipstick). If they are anything like my Lt. Tang they will grow fast. I have a 30" tall and deep tank making up a tick over 210 gallons and he uses every inch of it. So much that originally I was going to get a Kole Tang but decided to pass. One is enough based on this lads swim lanes.
Pretty fish though, good choice. Hopefully you have a system that can support its needs. Welcome to the forum also.
