Naso tank body color with dots

Hello , pleas i have this Naso tang i get it from a month ago they get ich due to stress and i treat them with cupper after that every thing well no problem and fish very helthy and special naso it's eating very well and swimming just i want to know why this dots shown in his body see the photo when he is in two mode dark and light when it's dark it show white dots and in light body color it show brawn dots . Also why naso keep changing his body color it's normal light and dark body color

Color change is a stress symptom and very Naso. At night you will always see those side spots if you shine a light. Younger fish tend to show them more even when in light coloration.

#Uncle99 you mean this dots from the heal after ich or you are asking me the ich go not shown anymore from week ago only this dots shown in the naso tang it will go over time or what ??
