Naso Twitching with white growth

Noticed this on my naso blonde today. Still eating and swimming around the tank but noticed it was breathing a little harder and twitching to the afflicted side.

Afflicted side has a small growth/injury and noticed the tips of the pectoral fins were a little white/tattered

Any idea what it might be? First day I’ve seen it and will continue to monitor

I can't really see anything under blue lights. Can you try for photos under white light? A short video would also help. Additionally, we need some background information about the fish and the tank. That is explained here:
