I remember when mine was this small and as you noticed- They grow fast.
They tend to get this pinched stomach effect and often its from poor diet and under feeding. Not sure what foods you are feeding but they need chunkier foods . I suspect this fish is getting foods like brine shrimp, mysis and pellets?

Some foods to feed these opportunistic feeders are:

LRS herbivore diet
Formula 2 flake and frozen
TDO Pellets
small plankton
Chopped scallop (from seafood counter)
mysis shrimp
Prime reef
Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract

Add selcon vitamins to foods occasionally

That swelling is really odd! It is far back on the body, past the stomach. It is too far back to be ascites. I don’t think the fish is mature enough for it to be egg bound (dystocia). The only other organ in that part of the fish are the intestines. I’ve had fish with intestinal blockages look like this, but not for two months, they either pass the blockage or die from it sooner than that.
What would happen if you withheld food for two days? If the swelling goes down, then you know it is just excess food.

Sorry then, I've got nothing else. Internal issues are tremendously difficult to diagnose and treat. While it isn't normal, it has also had this issue for some time, so it may not be really serious.

Can i use needle to pin him? Maybe it is wxcess air?

I don't think it is gas - it is in the wrong location for it to be the swim bladder, and a fish with an over-inflated swim bladder will "bob" as it swims, and this fish isn't doing that.

Just FYI, after several months it is ok now. How to guess if the fish is male or female?
Good to hear!

Thus species cannot be told male from female until it gets larger (and can reach at least 18” !) When mature, males have a bump on their head and streamers on their caudal fin.
