What food are you using for the tank? Parameters?

We definitely need more info. Parameters, food source. Nassarius snails are usually quite hardy, but they are voracious eaters, so if you don't have enough for it to eat, it could be starving.

algae wafers for the snail, frozen brine for clown, marine s pellets also for clown, 0-5 nitrate, 0-0.5 nitrite, 180-300 for alk, 7.8 for ph
Nassarius are carnivores is why I ask. Are you using RODI?

There are only two times I've seen some white/clear goo coming out of a snail:
1. It was dead, and got eaten up by hermit crabs later once they found out. This time the goo looked like a mound of slime
2. It was like puffs of white, which was spawning (some time later I had lots of little snails running around)

its a white film like thingy, its not moving at all, the others are fine, so....

Okay, 2 things, one they really don't eat algae, and 2 pick the snail up out of the water and smell it. IF it stinks to high heaven, it is dead.
the algae wafers seem fine for them, whenever I feed my clown brine shrimp, I feed a lot and they don't really do anything to my experience, can I just feed them a whole block of hikari brine shrimp?

Before this can be clearly answered, please provide pics or preferably video under white light intensity for accurate assessment. Also assure ph and calcium is not low, nitrates are not elevated and its not starving. Sand bed provides its best food source.
Some mentioned wafers which are good supplements

SO, turns out, it is dead, all parameters are stable, 0-5 nitrate, 0-0.5 nitrite, 180-300 for alk, 7.8 for ph
What units are your alk? Those values don't make sense (nor seems "stable")

If that is ppm, then those values equate to 10dkh to 16dkh...

What test kit gave you those values?
