Looks like Nassarius to me but have no clueheres the picture
Its a whelk. VERY similar to nassarius, whelk has no trailing tail and also its' snout is tatooed/printed whereas nassarious is solid colored
From one of my other posts:devastated and in shock
I agree with @WheatToast ; your video confirms that you have a nassarius not a whelk.so i found out my nassarius doesn't look like other people's nassarius and want to make sure if its not well. got it from LFS
As stated by @reefcleaners in the link, ”Tongan Nassarius” refers to several Indo-Pacific species including Nassarius margaritifer, which I mentioned above.is it possible that they are not whelk and instead tongan nassarius?

I know this. They just wanted to know difference. I’m keeping it simpleFrom one of my other posts:
Not predatory whelks. The dark ones are Nassarius margaritifer; I have them in my tanks and they have been model citizens and great CUC.
Nassarius margaritifer (left), possibly Nassarius distortus or a related species (middle), and possibly Nassarius limnaeiformis (right) in my Anti-Reef:
