Does Nassarius Snails clean our tank or just keeps laying eggs?

There are lots of types of nassarius snails and lookalikes. Regardless of the type, any snail will need to eat, so if the snails you have are detritivores, they'll clean the sandbed. If they're algaevores, they'll clean the glass/rocks. Snails lay eggs when they are in a healthy environment, so it sounds like you're doing something right.

I bought it from my lfs and it was named nassarius but not identified properly but it’s all good now I know when they laying eggs they have healthy life, thank you sir

and yeah maybe it’s because there’s no dirt in my sand bed, they clean it every night lol I just don’t see it

No they don’t have spiral shells, and it was named nassarius from my lfs
