Neón Goby getting skinny

Hello, I have had my Neon Goby for about 2 years and the past few weeks he’s been getting skinny. I’m wondering if there is any way to help? He seems to eat, but spits some back out (feed Hikari Spirulina Brine shrimp). He is very active and has no weird poop or any other signs of distress

Fish is awfully skinny and may be developing edema which it shuts down and feeds off its liver. Have you tried a fatty food such as mysis shrimp?
Is poop like a slimy vanilla color (milky) ?

I have not, just the food I mentioned. I have not noticed any poop that color from them

Try mysis and/or LRS nano frenzy as well as live brine if you can find some
