Need a c02 regulator recommendation.

I use a Smith Dual gauge. Im not sure what part of the delivery system you need.

Carbon Doser is easy, plug and play.

For a little more cash, you can buy or build one of Alan Le's with the information he has put out there. I went with Carbon Doser because I didn't want to wait while learning about what fits and where. but will build my own when the Carbon Doser dies.

The solenoid failed soon after install, they warrantied it. Now I get 2 full cow bubbles in the counter with a partial bubble, looks like the solenoid is partially blocked. I control through my apex, I just want to get a more reliable unit.

I purchased one off of ebay - beautiful dual guage Victor with a Swagelok high precision metering valve, and a quality solenoid. I have built one from scratch based on Alan's instructions, and it worked like a charm. I gave it to my brother, and bought this one fully assembled. Well worth the extra $50-75 I paid for a fully assembled and tested unit. You buy/build one of these units, and it will be the last regulator you will ever need. Add to this a Masterflex (or the New Kamoer continuous-duty) feed pump and you will have an absolutely bullet proof system.

I have a Milwakee regulator, and Iam having issues.

Which one? I've been running the dual stage Milwaukee (the one sold by Aquarium Plants) for over 15 years without a single problem. I will probably replace it proactively at some point soon, and would have no reservations about buying same again.

I'll check when I get home and see what model it is.

I have a Milwakee regulator, and Iam having issues. Looking for another regulator, can anyone recommend me one?
Are you looking for the actual regulator, or the whole assembly (regulator, solenoid, metering valve)? If it's just the regulator, just about any 2-stage CO2 regulator with a CGA320 fitting will do the job (Harris, Victor, etc...).

Anyone have issues with the bubble size over time staying consistent with these diy regulators ?
