Any idea's what this is and how I can get rid of it.

Looks like coraline algae to me but hard to tell from the photo. If its coraline its usually a good thing and means your doing something right!

What exactly are we supposed to be looking at? Those little sea anemone looking things to the left in the first picture might be Majanos, but other than that I'm not really seeing anything out of the ordinary.

Looks like Red Coralline to me. Is it hard to scrape off the rock?

Yes very hard

Yup, coralline algae if it is hard to scrape off. It is a good thing and will begin to cover your rock, walls, and equipment. It helps give your tank that natural reef look.

It's good for your tank, just need to clean up were you don't want it on the front and side walls. And that's your choice.
