My Jebao pump came with fittings to attach flexible hosing but I'm using pvc instead. What kind of fitting will convert barbed to a slip pvc fitting?

There isn't one you would basically have to use another barbed end to slip to connect it to PVC and use a piece of tubing to connect it two barbed end together.

This is usually considered best practice anyways. The short section of flexible tubing acts as a vibration isolator.

Which will also allow that little amount of play with the flex tube if needing to pull pump to right or left etc. I run all pvc except at hook up of equipment - it is all attached with a small amount of flex tube

You'll want to remove the barb fitting from pump and install a thread x slip fitting for PVC. The threads on Jebao DC pumps are BSP (British Standard Pipe - Parallel), not something you'll find at most local hardware stores.. To properly plumb this pump you'll need a BSP x ASTM adapter. I have hyperlinked parts for two models below:

Jebao DC-9000

Jebao DC-12000

Thanks everyone. I know nothing about plumbing.
