Not isopods. Those are chitons and they are harmless algae eaters. They are snacking on the green film of algae on that frag plug you're holding. Good to have in your tank.

I still don't see an isopod. Not saying it isn't there, I'm just not locating it. I was terrible at Where's Waldo? also. . .
Sorry, I was going against the body shape vs the fact that they supposedly move around quickly in the water, but he is referring to the little black bugs, which, are so tiny the pics aren't good enough for ID.
Maybe if you could get one out and put it in a little jar?
