Need a little advice

My tank (mixed reef, but mostly lps) has been pretty stable for the last year. My Mg has been as high as 1500, Ca up to 500 and Alk at that point was about 9. My latest test is Ca-400, Alk-11 and Mg-1150. I do lime water 1 tsp per gallon and it seems to have raised the Alk a couple of points but not the Ca. Is it time to raise the Ca and Mg and go a little stronger on the kalkwasser?
