I pretty much think I am good with this,,, but before I plunk down my money,, figured I would ask :) I have a display tank return pump and a manifold pump set up in my sump,, both Sicce pumps, not sure of the sizes,, I want to replace both pumps, one at a time,, with the new Ecotech pumps,, friends have told me to redo the pluming and just use one pump,, I want to keep my set up the way it is and use two pumps though,, a lot less work doing this instead of completely redoing my entire pluming system.

First up to be swapped out is the manifold pump,, the manifold pump is running a small GFO reactor & a larger Chatto reactor,,, here come the question :) I want to incoroerate a small frag,,, 16 x 16 x 6 1/2 inches,, off of the manifold pump,, will the 1400gph Ecotech Vectra S1 do the job for me? I am thinking it will,, but these pumps aren't cheap,,, didn't want to order a pump and find out later ,, 1400 gph is not enough,,, My manifold pump is old,,, since I am having to redo the pluming to incorperate the frag tank,,, might as well swap out that pump,, The plan is to have a pretty much all SPS frag tank,, When the display tank is out of room for frags,, time for a frag tank :)

I would be surprised if 1400gph wouldn't be enough for 2 reactors and a frag tank. The only issue I would see is the location of the frag tank. How high will the frag tank be in relation to the manifold pump?

My display tank is 48" long,,, stand is 64" long,,, and 36" tall,, frag tank will sit on top of the stand next to the display tank,,, manifold pump will sit in my 40g breeder sump tank under the display tank,,, under the stand & under the frag tank is my 17 gallon cube style DIY acrylic top off tank,,,

Yup, you should have more than enough flow.
