So I’m finally at the end of my cycle n ready for fish a good friend of mine told me toads the fish without quarantine now my question is should I quarantine all fish? Or the expensive ones? N my other question the quarantine water I use should it be from the tank all of it or I can use my own just make sure the salinity is righ?

As far as water you can start new or use the dt. And if you dont qt all fish its kinda a waste of time....
I'm not going to get into the debate of whether or not to quarantine fish. I will say it's an all or nothing thing. It makes no sense to only quarantine certain fish.
A QT can be started with DT water or started from scratch. The easiest is to have some filter media in the DT as it cycles then transfer that to the QT and you are ready to go.
