I have a 70 gallon tank, running AF 1,2,3 balling with a sump that has chaeto, skimmer, and phosphate minus. I dose periodically AF Amino mix, Energy, Build, Viatality, Bio S, right now I am scheduled at 12 ml spaced out dosing for 1,2,3 reduced it to 8ml.

Readings:
Ca 450
Kh 12.6 - 14 (two tests)
Mg 1440
Phosphate .07

Last full year, I battled with aptasia, to hair algae, horrible over ever corner of tank with bubble algae, I ended up using vibrant for a month, and tank is back to normal visually. I have a mix reef with focus on SPS , torches, acans, chalices, Sunburst Nem. 4 fish, my corals are growing due to great lighting from 3 x Hydra 26hd.

My question, should I minimize my dosing to stabilize Kh? Also, I still have lots of algae film on my glass.. adding Zeovit in my reactor with Phosphate minus would help ? Should I run a UV sterilizer ? Any help to set me in the right direction would be awesome.

I added 3D printed light shades to reduce glare for strong led lights. Found great side benefit that significantly reduces algae buildup on the glass.

Yes, I would reduce alk to get it back into the 8-10 range.

Phosphate is too high if you have nuusance algae growing beyond manageable.
