Need admin help ... need a password reset for my account

I disassociated my account with FB but i do not have a password associated to my account and the password request is not helping.

Can an admin please help me? I am currently only logged into one laptop and i dont want to lose this account if this gets logged off as well

I just realized that my account is blocked because of some spam from me...!
I think this is a mistake, since I haven't written posts for a long time, now I'm just studying topics)
