Might I assume you can't get it through the stand doors with the center brace? What I've had to do with other large sumps (a 75 gallon DIY sump under a six foot 180) was to first install the sump through the top of the stand, and then put the DT on the stand.

I tried that but the sump is too long to fit from the top. I don't know if I have to remove the board brace from the top of the stand
