Need advice ASAP!

So my aquarium doesn't have a jump guard and I know big mistake and I've ordered one now but... one of my clowns jumped out and my 12 week old puppy ate it! My pup was sick but no sign of the clown fish. Looking online and my pup could get ill. Spoke to the vets and them don't seem to bothered and say she should be fine but has anyone else had the same issue?

XL bully. That's good thought high salt might harm her.

I don't think you have anything to worry about.....dogs eat much worse than a small saltwater fish.
