Need advice for tank purchase

Hey guys need some of your experience and input, have an opportunity to purchase a Red Sea 450XL with some decent equipment for 1k is that a okay deal or should I pass? Tank is about year and a half old up and running condition pretty good. Never purchased used before anything to watch out for ?

I just saw some online stores sell it for close to $4000. I would at least check it out. Sounds like it was purchased during quarantine lockdown and now they want to get rid of it. Check to see if the silicon seams are in good condition and there are no cracks or leaks.
