Where I work we have a business that ships fresh seafood. Due to the current situation they are sitting on a lot of food that they need to get rid of. I was able to grab 2 bushels of clams and about 200 oysters. Is there anything I need to do as far as cleaning before I use for my reef or should I just freeze and use as needed?

Freeze and use as needed. I've found that shucking is easier and cleaner when they are frozen.

Where in NJ, I'll be over this afternoon to pick up some!

Copy. Thanks for link. Little ways from me. I have no problem sharing with a fellow reefer. I do have a lot. In the freezer they will go. Def will be doing these recipes. I have those same little trays
