Need Advice - Looks like sesame seeds

I noticed some flat worms (reddish-brown, 1/16 inch, red eyes) on my glass a couple of days ago. The 6 line wrasse and green chromis were picking at them but not in a feeding frenzy by any means. They have disappeared from the glass and I don't see them on any corals. I have done nothing but I am prepared to siphon them out if I see them again.

Next (and I assume related), there are alot of white structures the size of sesame seeds on the rocks. These are pretty well attached and cannot be siphoned off. They can be removed by scraping them with my finger nail but it is not going to be easy to remove them individually from the tank.

What are they? Are they are problem? (Duh, I only have problems now!) How best to eliminate them?

Appreciate any advice.

Do you have snails? It could be snail eggs.

That's what I saw first. But, I don't know about the eggs.

do you have any nerite(spell check) snails? i got some of these from that group buy from reefcleaners and there eggs look like sesame seeds attached to the rocks.

I got some of the same snails from reefcleaners. I hope that is it. If so, it makes me feel better (I think).

the red things in the picture are red planaria, the sesame seed things are for sure snail eggs. if you look closer, there are littel yellow eggs inside the white eggs (if they are on the glass)

the red planaria is annoying, just syphon them out when you see them....

Fwiw i dosed 3.3 grams of levamisole to my tank (210 gal) total volume. For about an hour(followed by carbon and 10% WC) and havent seen a planaria flatworm since.... and yes the sesame things are snail eggs i have them all over my rocks....

lucky you had a six line probably keeping them in check before a pop explosion. get rid of them now as to prevent a major infestation later
