I've had the frag tank for about 2 years now and been wanting to turn it in to a sps frag tank . I have nothing but Zoa and a few acans in it . The frag tank is a 15 gal with a 10 gal sump . I have a 425gph powerheAd running a four bulb t5 with ati bulbs 2 b+ and 2 c+ . My questions are is the tank big enough? I just keep wanna keep acros in it . Would I need better lights and bigger powdrheads . Can anybody help me out .

If your water permits - you can make a rack from bottom to top that will allow enough light for sps. I ran a 20g frag tank with 2 t-5 but had a rack for sps frags right under light by a few inchs. This was tied into a larger system tho - a small FT for sps wold be hard unless running bells and whistles for the long haul

Meaning I would have to keep water parameters in check and wc ?

Yeah I was thinking of adding one more in there maybe a 625 and keep the 425 so they are both running .

Ya in my 20 I ran a wp-10 and a hydor 1250 but I really like flow.lol

Okay thanks I going to look in to that . I got a quick question my lfs is close and I need water to do a wc on my big tank . Can I use the watermill water ?

I woul be careful just in case the water is made from 2 different salt mixes. Just stay consistent with salt mixes once you find one that works.
