Need Advice on 90 Gal FOWLR

Hey Everyone
So i decided to get back to hobby but doing Fowlr this time
I have 90 gal with 37 gall sump , 60 lb Dry Rock , live sand , skimmer rated to 265 gall (reef octopus Classic 202-S) Lot of biomedia manly 1 gall Biopure 1.5 inch balls and 8x8 Marine pure block , carbon bags

I know u cant really over do with fish but i was thinking Emperor angel and porcupine puffer ? what else (if its doable)
If not what can i get ?

Oh i dont mid getting even 2k gallon tank issue is i dont have right spot for anything bigger then my 6 ft tank and it sits on concrete not raised floor.

i have lot of filtration so i can overpopulate with reef safe ones

off topic qst, i bought 2 current usa not pro regular ones dirt cheap(48-60 inch) will that be enough for lps/softies at 20 inch ?

well in 6 years i might get bigger house so i can get a bigger tank
