Hello everyone. I'm in the process of designing an acrylic AIO nano for my office. The display area will measure roughly 24"x18". The tank will be 12-13" tall with only about 11" of water height.

Ultimately, I would like this to be an SPS dominant tank so I'm looking for some lighting options that can sustain SPS. If I go with a higher end light, I will have to find one used but I'm open to almost anything. I've considered a black box, building a custom t5 fixture, and most of the readily available led options out there. I guess I'm just looking for some advice. I'm hoping to keep lighting under $200. I know this will be a tough feat, but I have a budget for this entire setup that I'm trying to hit.

Also, this is not a WTB post, but if you have a used light that would fit the bill that your willing to sell, feel free to PM me.

I would try and look for a used hydra 26. 24x18 for all sps isn't cheap. Or a reefbreeders photon v2 16" but it's $340.

If you're looking for a single fixture, then I would go with T5's. If using LED's, then multiple fixtures are required for sps to minimize shading. I would do an aquatic life T5 hybrid with a LED of your choice. It's not cheap, but you want to keep the most light demanding corals. Good luck!

250w 20k Radium. You can find MH pendants pretty easy and cheap used. I have bought several over the years. I paid $120 for my current MH pendants and ballast, super cheap and I know lighting will not be an issue.
