Hi and Welcome to R2R. Your setup sounds like it will work great. As for an ATO, Retro Reefer is right. Tunze makes good products. I like my Tunze Osmolator. I like the redundancy of a sensor and a float to insure there is no overfilling problems in case the float gets stuck or if a snail gets up against it.

u can put chemipure anywhere as long as it's before the return pump, at this point u may not need it.
For ATO, the digital ones r more $ but don't have to worry about float getting dirty and stuck. https://www.bulkreefsupply.com/tunz...MIl6nD3eWw3gIVmY7ICh3kVAeWEAQYASABEgK07PD_BwE
The ATO's that use float are cheaper but require more maintenance, i.e. the float may get stuck and ATO may stop working.
For livestock, u can visit Liveaquaria website and research both fish & corals based on ur preference, i.e. care level, aggressive, tank size, carnivore etc.

put the chemipure in one of the back middle chambers. make sure you rinse it off first.
