Need Advice on Unhappy Bubble Tips

So my tank has not been doing well. Can all be seen Here about my problems. Already had one bubbletip detach and die the other day. Just did another water change to see if it helps bit before I did another bubbletip just detached. I was able to collect them both and put them in a Glass cup to at least try to contain them. My question is should/can I move them to my larger tank? Id like to try to keep them in the glass as I dont want them roaming my larger tank. My Reefer nems (who originally came from the one in my nuvo) are doing awesome. Should I move them over?

They are super stressed.

It's a gamble moving them to another tank and hoping they will stay in place. However, it sounds like they will die if left in their current tank till the issues are under control. I'd say if you want to keep them then move them to the large tank and monitor. Maybe try to DIY a containment box to prevent them from moving.

They are sensitive to bright light and high water flow
On the sandbed, they tend to get sand all themselves and become irritated

They were on a rock till the one detached. They are in a Glass right now so not touching the sand and have very low flow
