Need Advice! Out of ideas..

I have a 75 gallon tank with soft corals, inverts and a handful of fish. One of these is an emperator. I have had him approximately 2 months. The tank is fairly new at 4 months. He has looked like he has a faded, almost pale for the last 4-5 weeks. During this time I thought my hippo tang had ick and treated the tank with metroplex and Kanaplex, binding it to their food with focus. After starting this treatment by orange ocellaris clown, who showed zero symptoms of anything up and died in a few hours. Then my soft corals stopped opening and my Xenia melted away. I then moved my corals to a QT tank in hope of salvaging what I could. I did a 30% water change and stopped the antibiotics as the tank looks better and everyone is doing well, eating active etc. During this ordeal my ph has dipped from a stable 7.8 to 7.6. My dkh is 11. Nitrites 0, ammonia 0, nitrates 5, phosphate 0.25, Calcium 430. When I did the water change I changed all of my carbon in canister. I am using a protein skimmer, producing small amount and a UV sterilizer. Tank is clear and my yellow tang, hippo tang, green chromis, and goby look good, however my emperator is acting funny and looks more white this am. It is not in patches or dots, he just looks white from head to toe and like I said he has for weeks now. Any ideas?

I would re-test your ammonia, nitrites and nitrates with the Salifert kits.

JMO...
That is too much going on in a 4 month old tank.

Hippo Tang, yellow tang. Emp....... what else? 75g is going to be an issue in the future for size, and maybe an issue now with bioload

I have the Emperor, hippo tang, yellow tang and green goby
