I have a well established reef tank. I have 2 adult Blue Green Chromis who were raised from babies. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed one of them appeared to be missing a scale. It looks like an indention. It is not red. All fish in tank including the chromis are eating and seem very healthy otherwise. Tonight, I noticed a 2nd indention and a bump on the top of its head. Due to Covid quarantine, I don’t want anyone to come check her out. I attached a couple pictures. Any help would be appreciated.

Chromis in the aquarium will usually over time attack and kill each other until only the strongest is left. So i suspect aggression between chromis. These type of injuries usually heal on thier own. Unless the fish is weak or constantly harassed.
