Need advice

I have a 90 gallon tank. I have just purchased and installed a Kessil A700. Do I need the glass top on my tank or leave it off. I worry that some of the fish might jump out. Also I have been using a T-5, 4-bulb fixture and a strip led. I have an insane amount of green hair algae, diatoms, etc. I test the water and it shows nitrate abs phosphate are low. I have a gfo reactor running and only feed 2 or 3 times a week. What should I do? Tia

Many fish jump. Many reefers will tell you they hv lost fish through the tiniest holes. Better to hv some sort of cover To prevent your fish fm jumping out.
