Need algea ID

Hey there,

Tried to find similar looking algea but couldnt..
Any idea what this is?

There are a decent few of them in my sandbed. Nitrate and Phosphate are at 0, i started dosing Phosphat a few weeks ago but so far nothing changed (addijg 2ml per day). Nitrate is ordered and should arrive next week.

Looms like sea lettuce. Aka ulva. Comes in red and green usually.
