So I'm just curious as to what this acro is. It was a lot brighter green when I bought it and now skin is turning more red in higher light. The coralites used to be a lot more red as well. Sorry for the crappy pics. Couldn't get the camera to focus for the life of me. Thanks!

Look like protrada acro...it's hard to tell by it's name when it's a frag. U should get back with a sell for that if it's matters...

The person I got it from was breaking down his tank and he didn't know what it was either. I don't think its a prostrata either.

It's really hard to tell. Not sure if a "Protrada" acro actually exists...;) Sometimes a seller can be mistaken. Let it grow out a little more and post a pic of the coralite structure.

Ya, I still don't think that's what it is. The polyps aren't anything like the polyps on my other sps species. They are more stringy if that makes any sense. Its honestly in the worst spot in my tank for pictures but I'm in the process of moving everything to a different tank so I'll try to get a better picture. This one may be better than the others.

Seeing as the other two are hardly in the picture, I was talking about the one in the center. I would like to think my photography skills are better than that. As for a fancy name, I choose "Green Coral".

So some updates. Still looking for an ID. It seems to be liking its new location in the tank. Let me know if you have any ideas. Getting a nice rainbow color.

Ya I'm familiar with the PC superman. I am between that and the PC rainbow. The rim on the encrusting part is for sure blue. I just got a frag of the PC rainbow a few weeks ago and they are somewhat similar in color. The branches are the only thing that seem different right now. I think its because the vertical growth has been stagnant for almost 7 months. I guess time will tell.

What did you purchase it as?
If it was a PC piece, surely the seller would have been aware of such.

I got it from a local reefer who was breaking down their tank. His name was Gillman on r2r (his breakdown thread). He said it had changed color a lot since he's had it and he didn't remember what it was...
