Saw this on my glass today.. sorry for the poor quality but it’s tiny and I had a hard time getting a good picture.. it’s the small white thing.. looks like it has tiny legs all the way around it.. I haven’t added anything new to my tank in months.. probably about 6-8 months honestly..
@Lionfish Lair have a clue what this is?

Yup a limpet then...beware of the keyhole limpets they have a taste for sps....
