Need an ID

A buddy sent this to me to ask what this was. It appears to be a group of Spaghetti worms holding something. He said he see this every day for a short time. What do you guys think?

Yup that is the body of the worm.

Okay so the worm itself sends out the white “streamers”

Tentacles more like.

Yep.

The worm tucks itself into the rock or sand, and goes "fishing" with those tentacles, reeling in detritus, uneaten food and other yummy (to a worm) things to eat.
