Whatever this is, its kinda hard to scrub off with a tooth brush. The tank is getting close to a year old, idk my phosphates and nitrate were 2ppm via red sea about 2 weeks ago. I try to do 20% weekly water changes, also using RO water. Right now my only filtration is live rocks and filter socks. Any input would be appreciated
