Need and Overflow

So I have a small sump I want to set up on my 20G but I need a hang on back over flow and return. What are the best options based on your knowledge. I have been looking at the synergy reef shadow just now sure yet.

I use the Eshopps PF-nano for my 29 gal cube and it works quite well

Nice setup, I was leaning towards that overflow. What kind of sump is that?

The Eshopps nano cube. The refugium size is small but since I use a HOB skimmer, I end up making the skimmer chamber as refugium as well. The mac algae grows nice and clean
