Just bought this from LFS on Friday. Open box and see this. Totally unusable!! Can I return to where I bought it for an exchange or do I have to send it in to Neptune?
Need better quality control or packaging!

I would return to the store, but it's up to the stores policy about exchanging it. They could just say you dropped or damaged it on your way home. And you have no proof that they sold it to you that way. Looks like it was jarred, smashed or dropped very heavily, who know what else inside the unit is damaged.
