I picked up this overflow box used for 10 bucks. Steal, except it didn’t come with a bulkhead. The hole is about 1 and 3/4”. Where do I buy a replacement bulkhead? Also, can anyone identify the overflow box? It looks like an older version of the PF-800.

BRS has two different styles of bulkheads (here), going by what you said and BRS' specs, you'd want a 3/4" bulkhead.
Personally, however, I'd just bring the overflow to a LFS and try a few out to be sure it fits the way I expect/want it to.

***EDIT*** That should be a 1 inch bulkhead. Not sure why I said 3/4".

Sounds like it'll work.
If it doesn't, you'll just have some extra stuff laying around. My tank is still cycling (I'm very new to salt water, only had freshwater before this) and I've already ended up with a good handful of 'extra' stuff that I didn't need, wasn't expensive enough to be worth returning and I don't mind having on hand, just in case...or at least that's what I tell myself to justify not returning it.
My Eshopps overflow (through the glass, not over it) is piped with 1 inch PVC, so I'm assuming it also uses 3/4" bulkheads as well.

Note: I edited my first reply in the thread. I meant to say you want a one inch bulkhead..which is what you said you ordered, but I wanted to clear that up for people reading this in the future.
But stupid mistakes like that are why it's often a good idea to go to a LFS where you can actually put the bulkhead in the overflow and try it out. No measuring, no guessing, the numbers don't matter, you just get the one that fits.
