Need confirmation on id of this algae

I want to say it looks like red bubble but when I look for pictures it doesn't look the same? Just want to make sure as I have a pistol shrimp and I REALLY don't want to take out the rocks.....

It looks like coralline with bubbles in it. Try popping them?

I would have to guess Botryocladia occidentalis or a similar species. Red grape algae.

Online, I am seeing two variants of Red bubble. It looks like you have the second one here:

Edit: Actually they might be the same algae, with the top image showing an individual about to release spores.

Thanks, there's not that many of them, I may try getting a crab but I will keep a close eye on it and will leave the tearing down as a last resort.
