Need Electrician Advice

I have a LED light where the White LED power supply AC-converter blk box has burned out.....The blue actinic power supply still works perfectly.

I reached out to Sales with the Mfgr and they don't sell replacement parts.

I have an IT Backgrd and can disassemble a laptop and put back together.

So..... I know I'm capable of replacing the AC-converter blk box if I bought the correct converter off Amazon

Here is what I need to replace.....image attached:

INPUT: 100-240VAC 50/60Hz (yeah it plugs into an AC outlet)

OUTPUT: 65-100V (Dimmer)
CONSTANT CURRENT: 550milliAMP
MAX OUTPUT: 70watt

Is there an AC-converter on Amazon I can use?

Does this mount inside the light fixture or it is external?

You might also check Ebay and Newegg. I'm sure you can find something that will work.
