Need Flatworm ID

Need an ID on this flatworm or nudibranch. Not sure what it is. Never seen one that looks like this before. Couldn't find something that looks similar in a quick search. The wide arrow shaped side appears to be the head. The irregular edge is actually internal to the worm, in case that isn't clear.

Perhaps a juvenile Aegires gomezi. Have any pics from different angles, preferably dorsum.
 
No other angles. It was in the middle of the DT front panel. No clear way to see it from another angle, but I tried. I didn't see anything sticking up though. Seemed very thin. Should've included some size info, this guy was about 1/4 - 3/8 inch long. I looked up A. gomezi and it supposedly only gets to 5mm long.

I do have berghia nudibranchs in this tank, but when I've seen them on the glass they do not look like this, even at sizes smaller than this. Saw one the night before last. Had all its tentacles and everything. That's why I don't think this is a berghia.
