Need goby help.... Tail infection?

Goby hides allot so I don't get a good look at him been eating well I feed like 3 or 4 times a week noticed a spot on his tail last night but still acting mostly normal today he is acting twitchy and lethargic out in the open his breathing is labored and he really isn't eating looks like an infection maybe I only have a clown and they are buddies and 2 blue leg hermits and a snail

Kind of looks like an injury. Could he have been sucked into something? Maybe he was digging and got his tail caught under a shifting rock? Hope he gets better. Perhaps a holding area for him so you can keep a better eye on him and he doesn’t get overly stressed.
 
Sorry - I missed this post. Thanks @fishguy242 for showing it to me. It doesn't look like an injury to me - odd location for that. The body seems ok, as does the caudal fin...just this middle section is affected. The rapid breathing also indicates a systemic infection. I think it is Uronema, possibly mixed with bacteria. Unfortunately, the prognosis is not good, the fish may already be dead by now. Once Uronema reaches this stage it isn't curable. It is not super contagious so your clownfish may be fine. Treatment has to be caught early, before there is really anything to see on the fish (the disease starts inside the fish's muscle and once it reaches the skin, it is too late).
