need help 210 gallon reef tank setup. (what do i need )

We would be able to answer the question better if we knew what you end goal was. Full blown reef, fowlr, coral only. Lighting and equipment will vary a bit on your tank needs.
Basic list would be, sump, pump/s, powerheads, skimmer, lights. Then some plumbing to connect it all.
