Need help ASAP with gem tang

I have this gem tang in qt going on it’s 5th week. He came in rough got him eating right away after the first week put him threw copper for 2 weeks was eating like a champ all his stress lines went away all his fins healed up. Started my prazi and he did fine the 1st week the second week of prazi which started Sunday a blue tang was bullying him and he started getting stress lines back I pulled the blue tang out and he still looks bad. He has really heavy stress lines and now is in the corner of the tank and he keeps bobbing his head out of the water, breathing a little heavy, and not eating. He’s in a 40 gallon Breeder that is cycled I do weekly 50% water changes water is not cloudy glass is just dirty. I need help what do you guys think!!??

Did you add prazi to the same tank with copper? What is [Cu]? Was the blue tang with him the whole time? Where did the blue tang come from? Was he QT in Cu beforehand?

Add an air stone for now.

No copper was added first then transition over to prazi after water changes and 2 weeks. He transitioned over fine he started doing bad the second week. The blue tang was in there since day 1 and is half his size. Started picking on him out of no where

Unrelated, but going for 2 weeks at copper and then water changes will not eliminate ich. You will have to re treat with copper for either 30 days or two weeks and then a total tank transfer.

Looks bacterial, by stress lines do you mean HLLE? Is he still eating?

He has a spong filter also has a hang on the back filter creating flow

He just stop eating today. Yes looks like Hlle but comes and goes when he’s stressed

I second the air stone. Going up to the top is for air. What did you use to test for ammonia?

Not running carbon at the moment. I’ll try some garlic. Haven't needed to try garlic till now he’s been eating like a pig then stopped eating out of no where today

Ati and also have a seachem ammonia monitor on the glass. He started acting like this ever since he got bullied by the blue tang

No poop has been perfect

I though he was just a little stressed because of the blue tang until today when he stopped eating
