Need help asap

Do not change dkh more than 1 dkh a day. Less is good, more is bad.
Water changes, small is my suggestion. 5% weekly is all.
Po4 will not go down with water changes but don't worry about that now.

Water changes have little effect on phosphates . But changing water with significantly lower Alk will lower it , but could lower too fast ( any more than .5 dkh swing per day isn’t good .
if you have coralline algae or other lps or sps corals , they might consume some Alk
Keep a eye on it . Small water changes will put you back on track but try not to upset anything too much .

Slow down , research and know what every product you’re dosing and it’s effects on everything else .
if you’re unsure , feel free to ask

the best advice I can offer .
don’t dose anything to your system if you can’t test the need for it.

And know when you’re adjusting one element . You’re most likely effecting others as well

Lesson learned on that differently will

So what best courses of actions I understand not to dose for pH anymore.. will a water change help bring that down or do I need to let it ride
Yes it will. Water changes always bring things closer to the parameters of the newly mixed water.

My opinion is that you’ve already shocked the corals once so you should go slow when bringing things down. Don’t change more than 15% of the water in one go.
