Need help assessing new clam health

Hey, so I just got my first clam for this tank and need help inspecting it for anything concerning...does it look like it has a PM anywhere? Are these bumps on the mantle normal or a sign of something? Here are some pics, it literally went in my tank minutes ago...thanks!

How responsive is it with light? And when it's retracted look for new skeletal growth on the outer shell. As for the bumps I'm unsure but it looks healthy and open to me

When I block the light with my hand it retracts but doesn't complete close...as for skeletal growth, I can see part of the shell "near the mouth" and it's very bright white

Okay good, a healthy clam will act like that when their light is obstructed, as for the skeletal growth it looks healthy and I imagine the clam will extend down covering that gap over the coming days
