I have been cycling my tank for about a month. I have a C Vue 40 gallon tank. My Ammonia, Nitrite and Nitrate numbers have done what they are suppose to do. My parameters are listed in the picture below. My Nitrates were reading 160 at one point but it was the end of the cycle so I changed out about 12 gallons of the water. I went to test again and to be honest my API test kit it was hard to read the color it was either between 20-40ppm. Here lies my question. Should i go ahead and change out another additional 10-12 gallons of water to play it safe or is it not something that is necessary and I am just wasting a new batch of saltwater for no reason. Thanks for any advice.

That level won't harm fish. Try doing your normal 20% weekly changes and see where the level goes. If it gets higher week to week you'll know if extra measures are needed.
