Need Help choosing a new camera

Hello photographers! I'm interested in purchasing a new camera to do 4k videos and of course macro pics. Which one of these 2 would you pick? Nikon D500 or D7500?

Either The main thing your looking at in the D500 is an expanded color gamut in WB's and increased sensitivity (iso/ASA) so you can use higher shutter speeds or higher F Stops on the lens under lower light when doing macros.

Either one is more camera than most anyone really needs.
