Need help connecting myGHL device

I can't connect GHL doser sa through myGHL. Connection overtime

Can you connect to the devices hotspot? Did you configure the doser to do connect to the internet?

I cant find the signal of the device at the WIFI list. Connection has been done between doser and my home wifi

If you have it connected to your home network have you been able to connect to
It via the myghl app and using the local Io address like this?

yes,I can connect the device via myghl app through local network, but can`t connect it via cloud service. The IP address had been fixed

Do you have DNS settings on the doser also? Can you show your IP settings on the doser?

Sorry I confused the P4 with the doser, your setting above are correct.

Within the GHL connect app when you first open the app click on the gear icon on the upper right hand corner of the screen and scroll down did you set up all the myghl settings there?
